In the 20 Year Old, the fruit has mellowed still further than in the 10 Year Old, and the spicy, nutty aromas of ageing are more powerful and intense. Tejo was formerly known as Ribatejo is known for good, everyday drinking wines in a range of styles from a wide range of permitted grapes. This relates to the average number of years they have spent maturing in barrels before they are finally bottled.

This is a classic example of aged Tawny Port with deliciously mellow scents of dried fruits, honeysuckle, grilled nuts and butterscotch. It is created from a unique blend of reserve old cask aged ports that are matured in Taylor’s cool and tranquil cellars, known as lodges, in Oporto on Portugal’s Atlantic coast.
