Mrs. Wilberton is Clarice Bean's Teacher. She does not seem to be particularly nice and is always telling Clarice off about her spelling. Clarice Bean describes Mrs. Wilberton as having a "honking goose voice" and "a big derriere". She also possesses a gait which Clarice Bean and Karl describe as "walking on trotters", and which Karl often impersonates. Think Like an Elf is a tale of the unwavering Christmas spirit of the beloved Clarice Bean as she navigates her way to a fun-filled, circus-inspired Christmas. The story is told over the eight windows of the Northumberland Steet store frontage where viewers are introduced to her home, her family, and her friends as she attempts to bring the circus to town this Christmas. This year there is a soft roped barrier instead of the steel metal ones which have been there in the past few years. There’s still somewhat of a queuing system, rather than it being ‘open’ and being able to just walk up to a window. The story is full of holiday cheer, and I loved hearing about all the family traditions that Clarice Bean celebrated with her family. It got me into the holiday spirit! Clarice Bean lebt mir ihren Geschwistern, Ohren Eltern und ihrem Opa zusammen. Sie freut sich sehr auf Weihnachten und ihr liebste Weihnachtslied ist "Zwölf Tage Weihnachten".

Christmas is approaching, and Clarice Bean is very excited. However, this year, Mum and Dad have decided that it’s just going to be the seven of them and not a huge family gathering, which Clarice feels is a little disappointing.Nineteen people is her number for a perfect Christmas – even if that means peeling over 100 potatoes. The writing does such a good job of letting us see things from Clarice Bean's perspective, and it really captures her childish voice.
