Our balloon garland tape allows you to create your own spectacular balloon displays, simply air fill your balloons and pull the neck of the balloon through the holes in the tape. If, on inspection, we find they are faulty, we will either refund you or send out replacement products. For best results use a mixture of balloons such as latex and foil and for a dramatic impact use different sizes.
