There was a Malala children’s book that made me cry and I think it’s the example of courage and deep caring for others? The book is about the power of kind words at school and at home, how it is not your fault when people are mean, you are not alone, and it’s okay to ask for help. This book is all about the Earth and our place in the world, but it comes with a message about kindness too: With lots of people on the Earth, we’re all different but we’re all still people, so be kind to others…and there’s no reason not to be nice to animals, too. For a 3 year old (and I would suspect even for slightly older children) it was difficult to stay focussed for the whole book at times, even though I did not read all of the text due to this. Seuss tale is such a great way to teach kids that kindness is persistent and that any person, or elephant, can stand up for those who can’t stand up for themselves.

Because of this awesome little book, any time one of my kids does something helpful or sweet, we say, “You’re a sweet bear!Registered address: Unit 5, Vulcan House Business Centre, Vulcan Road, Leicester, LE5 3EF, United kingdom. I don’t recognize a lot of these, but We’re All Wonders is a hands-down favorite of my six year old.

My favorite line explains how “there is a seed of goodness inside” each of us that’s “waiting to sprout.

In other words, reading children’s books about kindness is akin to setting up a virtual reality simulation where your child can fully enter the experience and understand different perspectives. by Nancy Elizabeth Wallace, whose characters epitomize kindness in every action born in their wonderful papercut hearts! The Little Book of Kindness is packed with fun ideas, practical tips and interactive exercises that encourage you to ‘be kind’ in every area of life – online, to strangers, to the environment, in your community, to yourself – and change the world, one act of kindness at a time. His word speaks about kindness, and in this little book Elize Hibbert gives practical examples of what that means in our modern lives – practising ‘kindfulness’ instead of mindfulness can be surprisingly hard, but immensely worthwhile! The use of six animal characters across the book worked well as it developed a through story that linked each kindness topic.

With this book, everyone can discover the joy of being kind and play their part in making the world a better place. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. I am the mother of a three and a half year old daughter and a four months old baby girl, constantly looking for information on how to be a better mother and show up for them.

Ilaria was immediately drawn to this book and has requested to read it a few times already, including taking it to bed to read. With stunningly emotive illustrations, this is an accessibly and inspiring story for 4-5 year olds showing how hope and kindness can still thrive during times of extreme adversity. Christmas can be about lots of things: faith, family, or simply a pile of presents wrapped up under the tree. Soon birds that lost their tree, rabbits chased away from their burrow by eagles, and other animals looking for a home join in building a home where “everybody in it will feel that they belong. Simply enter your child’s name, and our Wonderbly elves (and, y’know, their clever computers) will whip up a book that's uniquely personal to them.
