I concur with Crazyhorse11 how surprising it is that this is not getting more attention because it certainly deserves it because when you listen to this, it’s put together in such a way that shows a near reverence for David Bowie’s contribution to music that is just BEAUTIFUL. I do not understand why such prominence is given to the insipid - memorably forgettable, one might say - Ian Fish, UK Heir from the dreadful and self-indulgent Buddha of Suburbia album which is used as a recurring theme. While this musical accompaniment includes classic songs spanning Bowie’s career, it includes previously unheard material, unique mixes created for the film and it incorporates dialogue from Bowie himself. Two years later we made the move to our present address, 35 The Headrow, where we have remained ever since. Moonage Daydream illuminates the life and genius of David Bowie, one of the most prolific and influential artists of our time.

There is always room for differing perspectives of subjective experiences such as these but, I feel that this is the closest anyone has ever come in creating a comprehensive interpretation and expression of David Bowie's life, work, and stunning audio/visual intelligent, and artistic statements.Of course, it was almost inevitable that there would be a soundtrack, but no one wants, or needs, another collection of standard versions of Bowie tracks, and at least this isn’t that.
