I don't know how long the AT95E has been manufactured for, but its excellent reputation over many years is very justified and well deserved.

It clipped on easily, and although it looks a little odd because of the gap at the front, is a secure fit. Also would you say the AT95E is more present sounding than your Shure M97xE, how would you compare the audible differences.

Depending on personal taste, if you are content with the AT95E, finding a suitable upgrade may be a tricky decision. so just a reminder, always check it yourself , I've played vinyl for the past few months and it's a little belter. Company registration number: 01402643) only offers products from Creation Consumer Finance, Klarna and Paypal Credit. i think its safer to used well played non valubale lp's for the initial few hours until the diamond gets a bit of groove polish. The Ortofon 2M Red, on the other hand, sounds noticeably more open and detailed, but it did never sound as pleasant as the AT95E.

Sound is clear and accurate, clarity is sharp and detailed, mids are really produced clear and crisp - though I must say they do lose a bit of clarity when things get busy. The effective mass of the Technics SL1200 arm with third-party headshell comes in at around 15g, so firmly medium-mass, and this combination yields nice results. Dre's Nothin But a G Thang (coincidentally also track 1 from side B of the first disc of The Chronic 180g vinyl remaster). I compared it with an OM10 and an AT120E, both of which managed to extract greater detail, which you would expect, but also rendered LPs unplayable with the AT95 easily listenable. To be fair, this is not as good as the best I've used, but it is by far the cheapest and it does not sound at all bad. I have used the AT95E on various turntables but have conducted this review on a Technics SL1200 Mk5.

The AT95 provides outstanding overall performance for mid range systems due to its elliptical diamond stylus and dual magnet setup.Distortion wasn't always present and didn't totally ruin the sound experience, but I started getting fixated on it and decided to see if adding a bit of weight would help. I heard worst) however I feel that sometimes to make things sound better you have to spend a little extra money to achieve that excellent sound. I prefer the detail and clarity the ATs bring, but the Goldring 1000 series is worth experimenting with if you already have revealing amps and speakers. Came across this on a Micro Seiki MB10 deck, i replaced the stylus with an original elliptical and its very good!
