The company originally held the license for Knockdhu, one of the first distilleries built for DCL that now belongs to Inver House Distillers. It's warming but has enough of a light touch to work in summer months, particularly when put in a highball with lemonade or ginger ale. Taste wise, I was really happy to discover that this is quite sweet, which is more up my alley than just whisky on its own. All products are securely packaged in Air-Shock bottle bags or excessive amount of bubble wrap for additional protection.The other spices were there but I found they was the right amount for each one, so it tasted more of a blend of them and gave a distinct taste.
