Laurie looks into it and finds out that Dad has been arrested for a murder committed fourteen years earlier. Plus, this time there are two new dogs - Andy represents one dog in court, and then later represents the owner of the titular dachshund in a murder conviction.

Andy’s humor and the overall tone make this a light read, but beneath the surface we’re given much to consider. All products are printed in the UK, with sustainability in mind - on FSC certified paper with recyclable packaging. There are interludes of Andy at home with his family and friends, yet they avoid the over-sentimentality such interaction can bring about.
