In addition to this there is a leak at the bottom of the cistern where the pipe enters at the base of enters the cistern. It is the pipe that flushes the water into the toilet Hello, is it failing to shut off, ie continuously filling the cistern box and going down the over flow? if it is, then the filling valve needs to be looked at part 37095, if it is not, but it is still leaking, you will have to replace the whole flush valve 42137 I had a GROHEDAL cistern fitted approx 15 years ago. I have had a look for the model number but all I can see is GROHEDAL on the lid. The size is approx 355mm H x 370mm W x 130mm D. There is a small continuous flow from the cistern (Adagio 37762 SHO) into the bowl. I have already replaced the piston part 43544 . Please advise any other solutions to the problem hello, if it is single flush you could change the discharge piston 43544, if it is dual flush you need a new flush valve 42774.

The problem is that there is a constant trikle of water into the bowl which causes the cistern to re-fill every 30 minutes. Can I buy just replacement washers for piston 43544 000. There is nothing else wrong with siphon so don't need piston. If so,how much ? Thank youCure for flowing water from Grohe Adagio cistern. I hope this is of use to others without the need to cut off the spikes (as above). Hello, the 42137 fits into a cage, it does not push into a hole, I doubt if you can simply switch parts.

PROBLEM: continuously flowing water from a Grohe Adagio cistern in place for many years. I had already descaled the flush valve assembly and tried a replacement; water was still flowing. getting frustrated I took photographs inside the cistern I could see a signficant limescale build up at the top of the down pipe, thus preventing the drop valve from dropping fully. Hence the flowing water, which over time made the problem worse. I was very reluctant to go for the nuclear option and replace the cistern. I have a Grohe 37 762 SH cistern, installed in 2000. There is a very small continual flow into my toilet from the cistern. Is this caused by the seal and can this be replaced?
