On 5th December 2014 Scotland lowered its drink drive limit from 0.80‰BAC (80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood) to 0.50‰BAC (50mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood), England, Wales and Northern Ireland stay at 0.80‰BAC.
