Luna Hale, love of my life. i adored her from the moment i met her as a kid in Some Kind of Perfect. the whole debacle of her being bullied at a sleepover and seeing how broken both she and her parents were I'm also a HUGE fan of the core 6, and still re-read Rose and Connor's books. And even though I love the kids, their stories and especially personalities don't touch me the same way. year-old Sullivan Meadows knew dating Akara & Banks would be complicated, but now that her relationship is public, everything has been put on blast:

I was struggling with my rating because I couldn't figure out if this was more of a 5 star or 4 star book. I really wish Goodreads would make a .5 star option because it's such a struggle choosing. After much thought and speculation I'm going to give it 5 stars because this book really was the perfect Marrow (Maximoff x Farrow) book. It has allll the scenes with them and we really get to see them grow not only in their relationship but individually. I really loved being able to get to know Farrow more, I always liked him but this book really made me appreciate his character more.Maximoff & Farrow will fight for their forever. And with every breath, they promise that their love story won’t end here. The authors said in their note, that these two will get another book, and my first thought was "oh, please no!" There are so many other characters that can take the spotlight! TiffanyW: Y’all I can’t with Sullivan’s boyfriends. They just sandwiched her in PUBLIC to avoid cameras lmao He’s usually pretty much like this around me. Short sentences. In a hurry. But he never makes me feel like I’m an embarrassment.” I've been excited for Misfits Like Us since it was announced. We all know the Hale's are my favorite fictional family and Donnelly is one of my favorites of the bodyguards so I had a feeling I would enjoy this one, but I didn't know I would love it this much. This is my favorite of all the 'Like Us' books. I know it won't be everyone's cup of tea but I loved every second.

Twenty-seven-year-old Farrow Keene has one job: protect Maximoff Hale. Flirting, dating, and hot sex falls far, far out of the boundary of his bodyguard duties and into “termination” territory. But when feelings surface, protecting the sexy-as-sin, stubborn celebrity becomes increasingly complicated. I enjoyed the little bit of angst that was thrown into the story with Farrow's ex, Rowin, being in the picture. I never would have imagined how that would work out.

IGNOU Political Science Solution

I think this is my favorite book in this series. We finally get to see Moffy and Farrow in a “regular” relationship without having to hide it in anyway. They can be themselves and go on dates, even if they aren’t always successful due to the ahole paparazzi. The reason I think I like this book the best is because the two come to terms (more on Moffy’s end I guess) with the fact that they are in fact it for each other. Before Farrow, Moffy never considered that he might actually find someone that he could trust and then subsequently love enough to be with forever, marry, have kids, the whole deal. And being a person like Moffy who is just BRIMMING with pure love, I can see how that could have been so horrible. Loren and Lily may not be perfect as individuals or even as parents but you can bet that their love for each other and their kids was something that Moffy grew up seeing and wanting for himself. I just am SO FREAKING HAPPY that they will get their happy ending *sighhh*. Chapter 25: At a family cookout, Farrow gets cornered by some of Maximoff's siblings and cousins so he'll promise to keep Maximoff safe. Audrey (Jane's sister) tries to make him do a blood oath. I gotta admit I was not really enjoying it. This has not happened to me for any of the Addicted books before, so that’s unsettling. I just felt so annoyed for whatever reason. I know it’s in Moffy’s character to push himself for his loved ones, but dang, that boy needs to stop stressing so much because it stresses me out. There are also some choices made in this book where I’m like, really??? I mean I know they’re characters who are learning and growing. I admit it, I was just impatient, and even though I felt bad for the characters, there were not enough emotional, soul-consuming scenes, or enough sweet, cute moments (which every other Addicted book had.) During the RR I found some of the scenes impossibly hard to ignore and gloss over. They were just too embarrassing 😭 :

What will this do to them? Their businesses? I’ve written some raunchy stories about space bounty hunters and otherworldly species that won’t be good for Halway Comics, Hale Co., Superheroes & Scones…not to mention I’m the niece to Connor and Rose. How is this going to affect Calloway Couture and Cobalt Inc.? Chapter 32: Farrow is helping Loren make pasta for Luna's birthday dinner. Loren keeps shooing Maximoff out of the kitchen whenever he wants to help until Lily comes in. Loren talks to Farrow and Lily asks if he has any friends that he could set up with Maximoff.but yk what? even tho this book is my biggest disappointment of the year, lunnelly’s content toward the end still has my heart. the fact that their first sex was in galaxy style, because luna told donnelly she fantasied about it that way☹️💗. Anyway, the book explores romance from a different perspective. Maximoff’s fame is a real issue and it plays a central part in how he’s chosen to live his life. Because of this Moffy has chosen a life of one-night stands, instead of pursuing a relationship. That is, until Farrow comes along. Because Farrow is his bodyguard, and because he’s in such proximity to him 24/7. He feels like he finally can explore those feelings. And when he realizes what he could have in his life, it’s simply amazing!

He literally deserves the world. Everything. His inner monologue is pure gold and so precious that I want to protect HIM from being hurt. The way he GETS Luna and sincerely loves her makes me want to cry. I can’t gush enough about him. Ugh I hate his rancid, rotten family! Moffy is frustrating in this book, but I do understand why he thinks and acts the way he does. He has certainly learned a lot comparing beginning to end. I just realized I just went through all the Hale children (which makes sense since this is Moffy’s book). For the other children, I love seeing Tom in the Rainbow Brigade scene. He is such a rebel and troublemaker – “shit-stirrer” as Rose says the OA scene pls the second hand embarrassment was at its PEAK I cannot even ✋ KBR did lunelly so dirty idc it was totally unnecessary.i know im a hater but this was cute, i like lunnelly together its just they shouldve been the first bodyguard romance in this series, its so water downed now that why would anyone even have a problem with them dating?
