You can make them larger if you wish! I’ve made them as 150g each and only made 6, but they were very very large and only fit two on the tray. I think I prefer Galaxy chocolate over Cadbury chocolate. Galaxy is nice and creamy and the caramel inside this bar makes it even more amazing. In my county, we have the Dove Caramel, which is quite alike these Galaxy bars, but still, I would prefer the Galaxy version every time. The gooey caramel that is inside which makes the bite even more creamy than the chocolate itself.

Galaxy milk chocolate is very creamy and melts in your mouth, it feels luxurious to eat and is one of my favourite brands. I can't eat much usually as I find it rich but when you add in the delicious caramel it becomes something wonderful that is very hard to put down. I would recommend. These are perfectly sized for a good dessert style cookie or someone who reeeeally wants one. I personally still want a couple of them, but I’m definitely happy with the ‘giant’ size. I realise that they might not necessarily look so giant, but they are basically the size of my hand so they’re very decently sized and larger than usual. Obviously, the largest cookie you can do is one cookie, but I wanted these to still be individual but not ridiculous.
