Scaling Tips - This recipe is very easy to scale up or down. If you are making a half batch, simply cut the amount of the ingredients in half. Keep in mind, you will lose some volume of tequila because the strawberries absorb it, so add about ¼ more tequila than you think you will need. 🔆 top tip You can certainly make a Strawberry Paloma with strawberry simple syrup, you’ll just want to make sure that you add enough lime juice to balance the sweetness.
