Just finished this book. Best book on sales I read this year in 2022. Basically, this is his autobiography where he wrote about his success in the New York Real Estate industry as an agent. He wrote this book in storytelling style so you will not get bored easily. Not a typical do this do that style book. Simple and easy read and his communication styles, ups and downs of his life. How he earned millions of dollars in commissions just flipping real estate in New York City.
