The Marvel Legends Amazing Fantasy Spider-Man figure features Spidey’s original black-and-red deco and underarm web wings! Not into Spinneret but it looks like a good figure, reasonably sculpted, and in scale with Spider-Man.Overall, in spite of my disappointment with the shoulder limits and limited upper diaphragm motion range, there is just enough right with this figure to get him into some pretty solid Spider-Man poses. This Spidey head sculpt is amazing, it truly captures an animated look but again it seems like it's sitting way too short, just like Renew your Vows Spidey it also seems to have no neck syndrome.

Wanda and Peter Parker embrace great responsibility in the next adventure from the epic multiversal book series that reimagines Marvel origin stories! In Spider-Man’s first-ever adventure, tragedy teaches a young Peter Parker that with great power comes great responsibility. All this is to say that while every Spider-Man we’ve had so far has quickly become my new favorite, this Spider-Man right here is now…my new favorite. Deciding that he is going to earn fame and fortune, Peter designs a spectacular costume and enters the world of professional entertainment only to allow a two-bit thug to run past him and escape with gate receipts from a show Peter was performing at. I wish Toyshiz could put the animated head on Retro Spidey too, it's gonna be interesting to see all head swaps.

Now, I am not nor have I ever been one for whom the “you can see a red pin on the blue arm” has been a problem. Fix the diaphragm issues and give him better splits and this figure would be darn near perfect in my opinion. With the Marvel Legends Series, fan favorite Marvel Comic Universe and Marvel Cinematic Universe characters are designed with premium detail and articulation for top-of-the-line poseable and displayable collectibles.
